HP digital camera stupidity

Who in the hell puts a “Windows XP Compatible” sticker on a digital camera box, then:
- Includes a Windows 98/Me driver on CD in the box
- Has an instruction manual addendum offering an “XP driver download” online with a URL to visit
- Only offers the online driver download for purchase, not for free for a brand new product
HP, that’s who.
XP compatible, but you have to pay an extra $30 for the privilege. Fuck that. Took it back to the store and bought a Sony instead.
